OREANDA-NEWS Aeroflot group has confirmed its position into the top 20 world aviation holding companies in the in terms of passenger traffic. This fact was recorded by two of the most authoritative in the world resource on the subject of aviation business. They are American Air Transport World and British Flight Airline Business. This information reported said in the Aeroflot press release.

The world airlines Report 2018 was published by Air Transport World. According to this report Aeroflot together with its subsidiaries took the 19th place in passenger traffic in the world. Just a Group of "Aeroflot" has transported 50,1 million passengers in 2017 year. It demonstrated the highest rate of growth for this indicator among the traditional carriers of 15.4%.
