OREANDA-NEWS The court of the city of Teplice in the Czech Republic convicted Russian citizen Vladimir Lichutin and fined 300 thousand Czech crowns (about 14 thousand dollars) for attempting to circumvent sanctions. This is reported by CT24.
"In May 2022, he tried to sell three luxury cars to customers in Russia, who sent money to his account," the TV channel reports.
It is noted that Likhutin tried to sell cars of the BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Audi brands by registering them in Belarus. The court banned him from reselling cars for 20 months. The convict admitted his guilt.
Earlier in the United States, John Cann Anslan, the head of the American company Metal house LLC, was sentenced to six years in prison for helping to circumvent anti-Russian sanctions.
