According to the American TV channel WBAY, broadcasting in a below-mentioned American state, which is citing a statement from the non-profit organization Advocate Aurora Health, an employee of the Aurora Medical Center in the US state of Wisconsin deliberately spoiled about 500 doses of Moderna's coronavirus vaccine.

Last week, according to the channel information, a worker at a medical center in Grafton took 50 packs of vaccines from the refrigerator and did not return them. The company later clarified that it is about 57 packages. Due to improper storage, more than 500 doses of the vaccine had to be thrown away.

According to journalists, during the investigation, an employee of the medical center admitted that he acted deliberately. Advocate Aurora Health reported the incident to medical authorities, saying they were "more than saddened that human action would delay vaccine delivery among more than 500 people."

The name of the worker who spoiled the vaccine is not disclosed, as are the reasons for his actions. The company said that he no longer works for them.

Grafton police said the FBI and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are doing their best to help investigate the incident.
