OREANDA-NEWS The magistrate of the Tagansky district of Moscow fined Google 5 million rubles for refusing to comply with Roskomnadzor's order, RIA Novosti was told in court.

"By resolution of the justice of the peace of the judicial district No. 371 of the Tagansky district of Moscow, acting justice of the peace of the judicial district N422 of the Tagansky district of Moscow, Google LLC. He was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 4 of Article 19.7.10 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to an administrative fine of 5 million rubles," the agency interlocutor said.

Earlier, the court repeatedly fined the company after violations revealed by Roskomnadzor. Google became the first company in respect of which, for the first time in judicial practice, part 5 of Article 13.41 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation with a negotiable fine was applied. Then, at the end of 2021, Google was fined 7.2 billion rubles. Subsequently, the American company received two more turnover fines: 21.7 billion rubles - for not removing fakes about the actions of the Russian army during the SVO; 4.6 billion - for repeated refusal to remove fakes about SVO from YouTube.
