OREANDA-NEWS. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on Thursday began his working trip to Kherson region.

The Prime Minister got familiarized with the progress of construction work in the Kherson International Airport.

Acting Director of the municipal enterprise of Kherson regional council "Kherson Airlines" Hrygorii Usik presented a programme of attracting investment and development prospects of the Kherson International Airport and informed activities to enhance its infrastructure were ongoing.

In particular, for two years it has been renovated two lounges - Departures and Arrivals, restored passenger terminals, installed check-in counters, built two baggage retrieval hall, replaced part of the fence of the airport and the like.
