In the course of the joint briefing with President of the European Council Donald Tusk and President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker, President Petro Poroshenko emphasized that the European plans of Ukraine were enshrined in the Association Agreement and the Ukrainian party would not agree to any compromises.

Answering the question regarding possible misalignment of positions on the European prospects of Ukraine, Donald Tusk emphasized: «I can repeat what I said earlier that the most important part of the most important document, the Association Agreement, is not a slogan. After the adoption of all the decisions, after the Association and DCFTA Agreement, this is our new reality. I would like to quote once again: «The EU recognizes the European aspirations of Ukraine and welcomes its European choice». According to Donald Tusk, he and Jean-Claude Juncker also support that and share views as regards the relations with Ukraine.
