OREANDA-NEWS. 70% of residential buildings have already been prepared for the upcoming winter period, announced Vice Prime Minister/ Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko in the course of All-Ukrainian teleconference on preparations for the heating season 2017/2018.

«Local authorities should finalize all technical preparations of objects pertaining to social sphere until September 1, residential buildings - until September 15. Due to the decentralization local governance possess sufficient amount of financial resources and opportunities to complete timely preparation of housing and communal services for the autumn-winter heating period», the Vice Prime Minister stressed in his address to regions.
