Dacic and Asselborn: Stepping up all-round bilateral cooperation
OREANDA-NEWS First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met today Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Jean Asselborn.
In cordial talks, both sides assessed that the bilateral relations between the two countries were good and that there was room for their further development and improvement. There is common interest in further deepening and strengthening of all forms of bilateral cooperation, especially in the sector of the economy.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic thanked Minister Asselborn for the support that Luxembourg has continuously lent to Serbia's European integration process, expressing his belief that it would be maintained in the future, too.
Minister Asselborn positively assessed the continuation of the overall reforms carried out by the Government of Serbia, and reiterated Luxembourg's readiness to continue to provide support to Serbia's European integration.
Interlocutors also exchanged their views on the current regional and EU-related matters.
Moreover, the two Ministers discussed the migrant crisis, as well as other international topics.
