The US Federal Trade Commission announced the imposition of a fine of five billion dollars on Facebook Inc and stricter requirements for the protection of personal data, the agency said on Wednesday.

Russian tourists who settled in one of the five-star hotels in Turkey complained about the unbearable conditions of rest: they are afraid to eat and leave their belongings at the hotel without supervision.
