OREANDA-NEWS. UAZ received OTTS permission for a new car that will be able to eliminate small fires.

  The plant received certification documents for the new version of the Farmer model under the code 390945-903.  The type approval of the vehicle says that the modification is a small forest patrol complex on wheels.

  The novelty is a car with a loading platform, on which special equipment was installed, as well as a container for non-combustible and non-food liquids with a volume of 0.5 m3.  The undercarriage was completely borrowed from the Farmer.  But in order to increase maneuverability in forests on the front of the car, a stabilizer bar was provided.  UAZ 390945-903 is driven by a standard 2.7-liter engine with 112 hp.

  Thus, using small special equipment, it will be possible to prevent the annual problem with the forests of Siberia without bringing the catastrophe to a global scale.
