OREANDA-NEWS  Experts of the analytical Agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a study of the Russian fleet and determined that as of January 1, 2019 in our country there are 3.6 thousand electric vehicles.

This does not even reach 0.01% of the total number of cars available in Russia. About 80% of all electric cars registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, accounts for one model – Nissan Leaf, the Park of which is 2.8 thousand units. Second place in the ranking, with a huge abandonment of the leader, is Mitsubishi i-MiEV (295 pcs.). This is followed by two models Tesla – Model S (211 pcs.) and Model X (108 pcs.). At least hundreds of cars in the Park belongs to the AVTOVAZ development, the electric car LADA Ellada (96 pcs.). Other electric cars have even smaller results: Renault Twizy-33 pcs.; BMW i3-19 pcs., Jaguar I-Pace-8 PCs.

About one in five electric cars registered in Primorsky Krai (735 pcs.).  This region in terms of the Park "environmentally friendly" cars even exceeds the total performance of Moscow (405 pcs.), Moscow region (141 pcs.) and St. Petersburg (106 pcs.). In the Khabarovsk territory, the fleet of electric vehicles is 308 units, in the Irkutsk region and Krasnodar region – 299 and 289 units, respectively. Also, more than a hundred copies are listed in the Amur region (147 pcs.). At the same time in 75 subjects of the Russian Federation there is at least one electric car.

The volume of the market of new electric vehicles in Russia at the end of 2018 amounted to 144 units. This result is 51.6% more than in 2017 (95 pcs.).The volume of the market of electric vehicles with mileage in Russia in 2018 amounted to 2,239 units. This result is 2.1 times more than in 2017 (1,049 pcs.).
