According to a representative of the company, direct sales of French cars began on May 20. The direct sales project will cover not only Russian-built cars, but also imported ones from abroad. The company will also offer auto insurance services, loans and trade-in programs, as well as corporate incentive measures that will allow you to relieve a potential client of some of the financial burden.

At the initial stage, online purchase and delivery of cars assembled in Kaluga to the buyer will be available to customers in Moscow and within a radius of 250 kilometers from it. Subsequently, the geography of sales will expand, Bezruchenko added. According to him, the pre-sale preparation of cars will be carried out directly at the production site. The process will be filmed on camera, and a photo of the preparation of the car will be sent to the client.

Serial production of Citroen C5 Aircross cars at the Kaluga plant was launched in March 2024. Crossover sales will be conducted in a dealer network of more than 40 car dealerships. A car with a 175 horsepower engine and an automatic transmission will cost customers at least 4.3 million rubles, the sources noted. At the same time, the pre-styling version of the model has been sold in Russia since 2019, and at the time of the start of sales, the crossover cost about two million rubles.
