As the publication clarified with reference to representatives of the company and the press service of the distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Russia "MB Rus", in some cases this will lead to an increase in the duration of repairs. Representatives of the company noted that the organization intends to repair and maintain the machines with the help of "accumulated experience and knowledge."

Mercedes-Benz suspended the production of cars in Russia and the supply of cars to the country on March 3, 2022. Then the message noted that the decision would be in force "until further notice." The plant in the industrial park "Esipovo" (Solnechnogorsk district of Moscow region) was opened in April 2019.
