The deputy prime minister noted that in analyzing and studying the data, the commission put forward four versions of the plane crash. “The first is a violation of the commercial loading and centering of the aircraft. The second is the impact of external factors, such as weather conditions, wind shear, satellite stream and icing. The third is the crew’s error in piloting technique, and the fourth is the failure of aircraft technology”, he explained.

The expert added that there were no violations on loading and centering of the aircraft. "The Commission has now established and confirmed that there were no violations of the commercial loading and centering of the aircraft".
