OREANDA-NEWS. A-320 aircraft damaged the fuselage of another aircraft at Sheremetyevo Airport. This was a source in emergency services told the Russian media on Friday. “When taxiing to the parking lot, the A-320 aircraft touched the fuselage of another aircraft”, the source said. Onboard there were 42 people, including six crew members. As a result, there are no casualties.

Both aircraft are currently being examined by technical specialists. As the representative of the Moscow Interregional Investigation Directorate for Transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia Elena Markovskaya told the Russian media, investigators are checking the fact of the incident.

"At present, management investigators are working at the airport, a set of necessary verification measures has been organized to establish all the circumstances and causes of what happened", Markovskaya said. The audit will be made a procedural decision. The transport prosecutor’s office is also conducting a check on the collision of two aircraft, the press service of the Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor’s Office informed.
