This applies to both baggage and hand luggage.
For larger shipments at the border, phytosanitary certificates will be required. If they are not, the goods will be returned back or destroyed, and at the expense of the owner.
New regulations will apply to products with high pest risk. This list includes dates, figs, pineapples, avocados, guavas, mangoes, mangosteen, as well as apricots, cherries, cherries, peaches, plums and citrus fruits.
