OREANDA-NEWS Russian tourists who settled in one of the five-star hotels in Turkey complained about the unbearable conditions of rest: they are afraid to eat and leave their belongings at the hotel without supervision.

A group of Russian tourists bought vouchers for the “fortune” system, when a traveler gets a voucher, choosing only the country and level of service. The specific hotel is determined by the tour operator. So the Russians came to the city of Alanya and settled in the Club sunny world 5 * hotel, but in fact, according to Life, the hotel "did not reach two stars."

The hotel lacked bed linen, towels, toiletries. Even in the hotel they turned off the light and treated them to food of “unsatisfactory quality.”

At least 90 Russians turned out to be in such a situation. Tez Tour has already moved 60 of its customers to other hotels, and the operator Bibolio-Globus has not yet solved the problem. “This is very often the case, many tourists who travel by“ fortune ”are not lucky. This hotel turned out to be very modest, now we are working on the issue of the relocation of our tourists, ”- explained to journalists in the company, noting that the resettlement is usually paid. The resettlement procedure may take up to two days, the operator added.
