"There is a problem leaving our ship "Neptune" from the port of Nang Thong, where the ship is idle unreasonably protracted repairs at a local shipyard because of the sabotage of the leadership of this company and his subordinates, due to their fear of secondary sanctions against the plant," — stated in the message.
It is noted that the leadership of the Chinese plant refuses to meet with representatives of the shipowner to resolve the issue. Neptune was not supplied with paid fuel, and the repaired hatch covers remain on the territory of the plant, without them the ship can not safely go to sea.
"The ship urgently needs to be removed and followed to Vladivostok to fulfill the state order for the transportation of floating objects of the Russian Navy to Kamchatka. The delay in the arrival of the vessel for loading threatens to disrupt this order and the corresponding consequences for the plans of various departments of the Ministry of Defense of Russia," the company said.
At the same time, foreign insurers terminated the liability insurance contracts for all the company's vessels.
