Russian motorists will have the opportunity to appeal fines for violations of the rules of the road (SDA) online - without a visit to the traffic police.  In addition, remotely it will be possible to return money for the wrongfully assigned fine, said the deputy head of the Ministry of Communications Maxim Parshin.

 "If we talk about the idea itself, then the idea is beautiful. This is a breakthrough in the relationship between motorists and the state. But how this service will work, this is a question. Because a lot depends on the correctness of work," said the first deputy chairman of the State Duma committee on state building  and the legislation of Vyacheslav Lysakov.

 The work of the super service implies the possibility for the user to receive notices of fines through the public services portal on the day the recovery order is issued.  The complaint can be filed electronically within 10 days from the receipt of the notice, various materials can be attached to it, confirming the rightness of the car owner.
