OREANDA-NEWS. Analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" together with the Internet portal "Avito Auto" in June of 2016 conducted a survey of car owners for the use of anti-theft systems on the car. The survey involved more than 15,000 respondents from all over Russia. At the same time they can indicate more than one answer.

According to the survey, the vast majority of car owners (80%) use an anti-theft car alarm system (including staffing). Mechanical Locking are used by only 21% of owners of vehicles. Satellite tracking system is used by 12% of car owners. Another 4% of respondents as a means of protecting of their cars called Garages or parking fee, as well as their own inventions from theft.

In addition, during the survey it was found out that 8% of car owners do not use anti-theft systems.
