OREANDA-NEWS. Resolution No. 1296 of 30 November 2015 introduced a ban on charter air flights between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey from 1 December 2015 (hereinafter referred to as Resolution No. 1296).

In keeping with Presidential Executive Order No. 583 of 28 November 2015 On Measures to Ensure the National Security of the Russian Federation and Protect its Citizens from Criminal and Other Illegal Acts and on Applying Special Economic Measures to the Republic of Turkey, the signed resolution introduces amendments to Resolution No. 1296, which envisage lifting the charter flight ban between Russia and Turkey.
