OREANDA-NEWS. Andrey Ryzhenkov, formerly Head of Logistics and Planning Department of Joint Stock Company Freight One (Freight One), has been appointed Chief Logistics Officer ? Head of Planning and Service Support Department.

Andrey Ryzhenkov has also joined the Management Board of Freight One.

Andrey Ryzhenkov was born in Saratov in 1981. In 2003 he graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, with a degree in Arrangement of Transportation and Transport Management. In 2007 he defended his thesis paper, becoming a candidate of sciences.

Andrey Ryzhenkov started his professional career as an assistant station master at the Moscow Railway. He joined Freight One in May 2008 as a Transportation Optimization Unit manager of the Logistics and Planning Department, becoming head of the department in December 2012.
