OREANDA-NEWS. On the eve of the Day of railroad workers the representatives of JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" congratulated 102-year-old Dariga Karibzhanov.

Dariga Karibzhanova worked for 30 years on the  Zharmin distant line.

In Soviet times, in the postwar years railroad track’s workers were mostly women. All work on the maintenance and repair of railway sections had been done manually.

According to her, the secret of a long life in hard work, friendly attitude to people, well-balanced character.

Today Dariga Karibzhanova surrounded with attention and care of family. She raised 6 children and enjoys 20 great-grandchildren.

On the eve of the professional holiday of all railroad structural units, enterprises of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" honored veterans. Non-working pensioners were material aid.
