OREANDA-NEWS. The NC “”KTZh” presented projects of the National Company’s Business Transformation Program during 2016-2019 years.

During 2015-2016 has been actualized the strategy of development of the Company,  has been organized the model of processes and approved strategic key performance indicators,  developed chart efficiency  and a new IT-architecture. The next steps the Company is going to realize during the nearest three years.

Within the Company’s transformation Program in July 2016 has been organized JSC “Cargo transportation” and till the end 2017 is planning to bring to the end creation of the National infrastructure’s operator.
