OREANDA-NEWS. National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" and JSC "NC" Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" has signed an agreement on cooperation in the development of entrepreneurship.

The main objective of the Agreement - to support domestic producers of goods, works and services suppliers. An important area of cooperation is to increase the proportion of local content, the implementation of the import substitution program under the WTO commitments taken by Kazakhstan and the EAEC.

The document was signed by chairman of the NCE "Atameken" Ablai Myrzakhmetov and Vice-President of JSC "NC" KTZ" Eric Imashev.

The agreement also aims to develop cooperation with business in order to increase transparency and effectiveness of procurement in the quasi-public sector.

The parties also agreed to provide cooperation on the conclusion of the annual and long-term contracts between producers, suppliers of works and services, ensuring the transparency of planned and ongoing procurement of the monitoring of the prices of goods, works and services.

The document also aims to provide domestic producers with orders.

According A.Myrzakhmetov, it was reached an agreement on cooperation between the NCE "Atameken" and JSC "NC" KTZ" to involve employees and their family members in the organization of small and medium-sized businesses. In particular, the NCE is going to provide them with learning the basics of development and business, provide advice on business support programs.
