OREANDA-NEWS. Hellenic Carriers Limited, ("Hellenic", "HCL" or the "Company"), an international provider of marine transportation services for dry bulk cargoes, announces a recommended cash offer from Faith Holdings Inc. ("Faith") for the entire issued share capital of Hellenic which Faith does not already own (the "Offer").

The offer document (the "Offer Document") containing a letter from Faith and the terms and conditions of the Offer is available on and can be downloaded from the Company's website. In addition, the Offer Document as well as a recommendation letter from the Chairman of HCL is being sent by post to all shareholders included in the Company's share register as of close of business of 24 May 2016. A form of acceptance is also being sent by post to all holders of certificated shares, included in the Company's share register as of close of business of 24 May 2016.
