OREANDA-NEWS. HNA Group Co., Ltd. ("HNA", private) today published the offer prospectus for the public tender offer by HNA Aviation (Hong Kong) Air Catering Holding Co., Ltd., Hong Kong, for all publicly held registered shares of gategroup Holding AG (“gategroup”).
