(NYSE: OA), a global leader in aerospace and defense technologies, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.30 per share to be paid on June 23, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 8, 2016. Orbital ATK’s previous dividend of $0.30 was paid on March 24, 2016. Future dividends are subject to Board approval.
