The vessel, which can carry 15,000 bl of ethane, was anchored near Houston early this week but is now moving out to the Gulf of Mexico and is slated instead to arrive at the Marcus Hook terminal near Philadelphia next week. Market participants noted another ethane carrier, the JS Ineos Intrepid, is now slated to arrive in Houston 17 August from Europe.
