Because of network issues associated with the ongoing ACE implementation, FDA has experienced response delays in ACE entry data that was previously transmitted to them but not received. They have acknowledged that the data has now been received but they are currently working through a backlog of previous entries.

Additionally, CBP is receiving reports of an invalid reject of 'PS1' for PN DATA REQUIRED on prior notice shipments where all required data elements are being provided. They are currently investigating the issue but do not have an estimated timeframe for resolution.
