In early July, marketplace and Russ established a new joint company, RVB LLC. According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the RVB company was established on July 4 - its authorized capital is 20 million rubles. At the same time, 65% belongs to Wildberries, and 35% belongs to Stinn, which owns Russ Outdoor, and the CEO is Robert Mirzoyan, who also acts as the executive director of Russ companies. At the same time, on July 20, Wildberries founder Tatyana Bakalchuk announced new appointments in the new combined structure. Thus, Andrey Dontsov will head the joint legal service, and Boris Peshnyak, commercial director of Russ, will combine the experience of two advertising teams to create new products for partners. Lyudmila Marlier, director of the Wildberries advertising platform, and Yuri Usoltsev, Sales Director of Russ, will help him in this.

At the end of June, Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ Group announced the merger and creation of the latest digital trading platform. It was noted that the consolidation of the leaders of the e-commerce and advertising market will create a new player in the financial, media, commercial and industrial sectors of the economy, as well as in the fields of Internet technology, logistics, retail and advertising.
