OREANDA-NEWS  Turkey is ready to supply eggs to Russia for six months in the volume that the Russian Federation needs, said the head of the Turkish Union of Egg Producers Ibrahim Afyon. RIA Novosti writes about this.

According to him, the volume and dates of deliveries of Turkish eggs are determined by Russia. "The deliveries were negotiated for six months, in the amount that the receiving party wishes. We are ready to meet the needs in the desired volumes," he stressed.

iPhone added that there are no problematic issues in the negotiation process for the supply of eggs.

On January 3, the first 300 thousandth batch of chicken eggs from Turkey was imported into Russia. According to the forecast of Leonid Kholod, Doctor of Economics, former head of the Department of agro-industrial complex of the Russian government, Turkish eggs will appear on the shelves of Russian stores by January 10.
