OREANDA-NEWS  The Yummy - and-Dot restaurant chain is ready to introduce a halal menu, suppliers are being searched, said Oleg Paroev, CEO of the company, during a speech at the SPIEF.

"Now suppliers of halal products are quite relevant for us - this is a special way of growing, slaughtering and handling animals. And since we are entering territories with a predominantly Muslim population that takes halal requirements very seriously, it will be important for us to provide a halal menu too," Paroev said.

He noted that the company is now "looking for suppliers of halal products."
