OREANDA-NEWS. The Association of Tour Operators of Russia has published a memo with the rules of entry for tourists to countries, air traffic with which Russia will restore in November. From November 9, Russians will be able to travel to Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovenia, Iran, Oman, Thailand, Tunisia and the Bahamas.
When entering Thailand, foreign tourists will need a Sputnik V vaccination certificate. It is noted that the course must be completed at least two weeks before the trip. In addition, medical insurance is needed, which includes treatment for coronavirus - coverage must be at least $ 100,000.
It is also necessary to do a PCR test at least 72 hours before the flight. Unvaccinated tourists will have to go through mandatory quarantine.
The Bahamas has similar requirements for tourists. For entry, a PCR test is required, done no more than five days before entry. Children under 11 years of age can have a rapid antigen test. Also, tourists should apply for a tourist medical visa in advance.
A PCR test is also required for travel to Iran and Tunisia. In Oman, you will not only have to present the test results at home, but also take a second test upon arrival.
Travelers vaccinated with Sputnik V and those who have had coronavirus in the last six months can enter Slovenia. Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden do not yet accept tourists from the Russian Federation, but certain categories of citizens can visit these countries. These include students, spouses of local citizens and residence permit holders.
