OREANDA-NEWS  The information that the production of the KitKat chocolate bar will resume in Russia is not true. This was announced by the press service of Nestle Russia. She is quoted by RIA Novosti.

According to the concern, KitKat production in Russia remains suspended. The information spread by some sources about its resumption is speculation.

Earlier it was reported that from autumn in Perm, the release of KitKat chocolates can be resumed.

Back in March 2022, Nestle warned about the cessation of production and sale of products under the KitKat and Nesquik brands in Russia. The concern promised to focus on the supply of basic goods, including baby and dairy food.

In the second half of December 2023, it became known that Nestle's KitKat chocolate bars had disappeared from Russian stores.
