According to him, now the main problem in the state is the economic one.

"The budget of the country under the Ghani government was formed by three-quarters at the expense of Western donation. Now it is cut off, the assets of Afghanistan are frozen, the gold and foreign exchange reserves that were stored in American banks are frozen," he explained, stressing that there is less money in the country.

According to the Russian ambassador, now prices are rising in the republic, food products are disappearing from the shelves - for example, there is no sugar in Kabul anymore. In addition, the national currency was devalued.

Against the backdrop of the withdrawal of the American contingent, the Taliban launched an offensive and captured all major cities, announcing the end of the twenty-year war. The only province not under their control is Panjshir in the highlands northeast of the capital.

Resistance forces were concentrated there, led by Ahmad Massoud, the son of the head of the Northern Alliance, Ahmad Shah Massoud, who was killed on September 9, 2001. The fight will end if the Taliban builds an inclusive government and enforces civil rights, he said.

As a Taliban spokesman said earlier, it is not yet known when the composition of the Cabinet will be announced. At the same time, according to a RIA Novosti source, the key posts were occupied by representatives of the terrorists.
