Sberbank Became the Main Owner of the Concept Club Clothing Network

Owned by Vladimir Yevtushenkov, Sistema reduced its share, as of January 26, 2017, it owned a controlling stake of 63.28%, now it has decreased to 42.88%.

The company of the second co-founder, Leonid Hanik, Lenox International Holdings Ltd, which owned 24.22%, completely withdrew from the capital.
