OREANDA-NEWS. Russians called their country and the United States the best places to live, according to a SuperJob poll.

The study involved 3000 respondents from 522 settlements. They were asked the question: "If there were no coronavirus restrictions and you had the opportunity to live in any country in the world, which country would you choose?"

41% of the respondents expressed their desire to stay in Russia. This is 18% more than in 2010. At the same time, this indicator was higher among women (45%).

The second place was taken by the United States (7%). The third line was shared by Canada, Italy and Switzerland (4% each).

Among the representatives of the most popular professions, which included programmers, HR managers, doctors and nurses, engineers, workers, administrators, storekeepers, salesmen, economists and teachers, the majority of respondents chose Russia as their country of residence. In second place, the United States was most often named.

From other countries, accountants more often prefer Germany (13%), sales managers, accountants and secretaries - Italy, system administrators - Canada (19%).

Earlier, the most comfortable cities in the world were named, which are suitable for those who work remotely, are not tied to an office and want to change their environment, writes the Travel Daily News portal. According to the ranking compiled by the search engine Holidu.co.uk, the top 3 cities in the world where you can combine business with pleasure are Bangkok, New Delhi and Lisbon. Remote workers are also advised to set up temporary offices in Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Budapest, Mumbai, Istanbul, Bucharest and Phuket.
