OREANDA-NEWS More than 20 new international brands can come to Russia via Dubai. This is reported by TASS with reference to the head of the Union of Shopping Centers Bulat Shakirov.

According to Shakirov, large Dubai funds hold many franchises, and they do not want to abandon the Russian market. That is why partners bring clothes, shoes, accessories and household goods with a Dubai "residence permit" to Russia. Many of them intend to launch new brands by the end of the year not only in the capital, but also in cities with millions, he promised.

From January to March, eight new foreign brands joined the Russian market, which is almost half of the number of brands that appeared last year. Networks mainly came to the country from Turkey, the consulting company CORE.XP reported. The new brands operate in the middle price segment, which was emptied after the departure of the Spanish Inditex and the Swedish H&M.
