Free reservations have appeared in hotels of any price category, said the head of the Sochi Hoteliers Association Anna Netyagina. However, she believes that the resumption of air communication with Turkey will not have a further major impact on the pricing policy, according to the Vesti Sochi State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company.

Therefore, the opening of flights to Turkey will not affect every minute changes in the pricing policy, they can happen if the flow of tourists does not increase, then they will decrease. Now the demand is stable, but not as high as expected," Netyagina told TASS.

She also explained that the resorts of the Krasnodar Territory have their own audience. The high share of bookings for the 2021 summer season is due to the fact that many of the bookings were made in the winter.

It is reported that the resumption of flights with Turkey, interrupted earlier due to the coronavirus pandemic, did not reduce the demand for vacations in Sochi, the cancellation of previously made reservations in the city is not recorded. This statement was made by the mayor Alexei Kopaygorodsky, reports the State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company "Vesti Sochi".

He noted that the depth of bookings in Sochi resorts now reaches four months: about 90-92% of the room stock has already been sold in August, and about 75% in September.

It is reminded that Russia and Turkey will formally resume full charter and regular flights from June 22. The flights will be operated from 32 Russian cities, including Krasnodar.
