OREANDA-NEWS  Russia and China will develop joint production in response to sanctions against them, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"But is it possible to do something about it (restrictions on money transfers within the framework of sanctions - ed.)? And it is possible. We will develop joint production. It takes time.… We will do joint production," Putin said during a press conference following his visit to China.
