WABCO Holdings Inc. (NYSE:WBC) today announced that it will further expand its commitment and operations in the commercial vehicle market in North America by taking full ownership of the Meritor WABCO joint venture.

The service helps them bring their operations, including online trade, into line with the requirements of Russia’s new 54-FZ Federal Law.
