OREANDA-NEWS. Many foreign companies make false statements about their withdrawal from the Russian market, Natalya Kasperskaya, chairman of the board of the Association of Software Developers Domestic Soft (ARPP), told Gazeta.Ru about this.

“Companies make loud statements: “we are leaving Russia forever.” But in the meantime, some consulting and IT services have created Russian LLCs, where all employees are transferred, and they continue to do the same as before, only under a new sign, ”the Gazeta.Ru interlocutor explained.

According to Kaspersky, some product manufacturers are quietly "creeping" into the distribution scheme and continue to sell their products through partners.

“This is understandable - the Russian market is large, Western technology companies have managed to invest a lot of effort and money in its development, lobbying their interests, and, of course, do not want to lose the market. Leaving is easy, but returning is much more difficult. Although, of course, there are those who actually closed the office and are trying to transport people abroad,” says Kasperskaya.
