Moscow Authorities will Launch a Service for Submitting Data on Personnel Transferred to Remote Regime of Work
OREANDA-NEWS The head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the city of Moscow, Alexei Fursin said that the Moscow government will launch a service for entrepreneurs to transfer information about employees transferred to a remote regime of work.
In terms of the webinar with business representatives it was announced that this innovative service, intended for entrepreneurs to transfer information about employees transferred to a remote regime of work, will be available from October, 9. While the obligations to provide the necessary information for the service were announced since October 12.
Alexei Fursin also explained that Moscow enterprises will have the opportunity to see, download and save the result of the download, see the entire history of actions and data downloads in their personal account, in order to use it for possible checks.
He reminded that the most essential task of transferring employees to a remote regime of work is to transfer those who do not critically influence the production process. The proposed by the authorities 30% is the minimum limit. But they are going to work out every case in this respect, according to the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the city of Moscow.
It is known that from October 12, employers are required to report on employees transferred to a remote format of work; for failure to comply with these requirements, employers may face administrative liability in the form of a fine.
