OREANDA-NEWS The export of Vologda ice cream to Israel has already exceeded the figures for the whole of 2022. According to the regional Rosselkhoznadzor administration, 52.6 tons of ice cream have been exported to the country since the beginning of this year, while for the whole of 2022 exports amounted to 48.6 tons.

The last batch weighing 7.9 tons was shipped on August 23, when the agency issued a veterinary certificate for compliance with the requirements of the importing country

"The most popular ice cream in this batch, as in previous deliveries, was vanilla ice cream in a waffle cup with chocolate glaze. Its weight was 1.8 tons. Chocolate-covered popsicles (1 ton) and popsicles with almonds and caramel (0.8 tons) are also in demand. In total, there are 11 items in the sent batch," the department clarified.
