OREANDA-NEWS Service for the delivery of gasoline to the house appeared in Ukraine. It is reported by "Ukravtoprom".
It is noted that due to a shortage of gasoline in the country and huge queues at gas stations (gas stations), Ukrainians began to order fuel delivery more often. In May, compared with April this year, the volume of such orders increased by 780%.
The average cost of the service is 270 hryvnia (520 rubles). In orders, citizens are asked to bring gasoline to the address and pour it into the car or hand over a canister of fuel. On average, citizens order 20-30 liters, sometimes 50-70 liters.
In early May, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky demanded to eliminate queues at the country's gas stations. Zelensky said that uninterrupted fuel supplies to the country would be established in the near future.
Economy Minister Yulia Sviridenko said on May 14 that Ukraine had only a few days left of motor fuel stocks.
“Ukraine today has five days of gasoline reserves, and for diesel fuel this figure is three days. With us, under the normal business model of operators, these reserves should be at least 15 days,” Yulia Sviridenko explained.
According to the minister, future fuel supplies can be provided in new ways. Thus, negotiations were held with the EU countries so that their ports would receive tankers with oil products for Ukraine. In addition, it is planned to increase river transport of fuel along the Danube, as well as ensure the pumping of petroleum products through pipelines from Hungary.
