OREANDA-NEWS Exports of chemical products and rubbers from the Russian Federation in January-September 2023 decreased by 37% compared to the same period in 2022 and amounted to $ 20.2 billion.

Imports of chemical industry products for the same period increased by 2.5% to $42.1 billion.

We are talking about goods under the codes 28-40 of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity. These include, in particular, products of inorganic and organic chemistry, pharmaceutical products, fertilizers, dyes, essential oils and rubbers, perfumes, detergents, lubricants, adhesives, explosives, photographic and film products, other chemical products, as well as plastics, rubber, rubber and products made from them.
