So, in February, Russia's imports of apples from China reached a maximum of 8.2 million dollars since January 2019. Their import volumes increased 1.6 times in a month and 1.7 times in a year.

In addition, shipments of Chinese strawberries and strawberries to Russia increased to a multi-year high: in February, they were imported for a maximum of $ 1.75 million since May 2022, which is 3.3 times more than a month earlier.

Shipments of exotic fruits and vegetables to Russia, such as guava, mangosteen and mango, have also increased to a maximum of 2.7 million dollars since June 2024. The increase since January was 1.7 times, and in annual terms - 35%.
In addition, citrus fruits ($14.5 million), processed fruits and nuts ($3.98 million), grapes ($3.88 million) and nuts ($1.4 million) accounted for a significant share of Russia's fruit imports from China.
