OREANDA-NEWS Armenian Star Development LLC (LLC "Star Development"), owned by the President of the FGC Group Vladimir Voronin, became the owner of 100% of the authorized capital of LLC "Bonava St. Petersburg".

Previously, the company was wholly owned by Swedish developer Bonava.

The corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on November 13.

Bonava still owns 99% of LLC "Specialized developer Bonava" (St. Petersburg), another 1% belongs to the company "Bonava St. Petersburg".

Bonava announced in October that it had signed an agreement with Armenian Star Development LLC to sell its Russian structures. As part of the deal, Bonava has already received about 50 million euros. Later, the FGC Group stated that Star Development belongs to the group's president Voronin, and the expansion of the development business is part of the FGC strategy.
