OREANDA-NEWS. Ford Sollers Company for seven months of 2016 sold in Russia about 24 thousand cars Ford, which is more by 43% compared to the same period of the last year. The main drivers of growth were the new Ford Transit, Ford Kuga crossover and the new Ford Focus, informed the press service of Ford Sollers.

So, sales of Ford Transit of the new generation in January-July of this year grew by 85%, crossover Ford Kuga – by 29%, the new Ford Focus – by 16%. Also the contribution in the growth of sales was made by the new model Ford Fiesta, which entered the market in June of 2015. During the first seven months of 2016 it was sold more than 5000 Ford Fiesta cars in Russia.

In addition, in January-July of 2016 the company Ford Sollers has exported more than 500 cars. This export volume was achieved due to the expansion of the export geography and the range of delivered vehicles.
